After the Quake is a dreamlike composition of layered video streams, visual elements and audio, blending into each other to create a mysterious flow of visuals. The audio and video correspond to each other in an almost traditional MTV “video clip” relationship, but this is not a video clip in its traditional form. Normally in video clips, the visual content accompanies the audio track, whereas here the visual and the audio substances interact with each other.
The visual elements are from the virtual and from the real. They’re from the sub consciousness of a collective digital space. After the Quake is a labyrinth of colors, shapes, forms and memories. I am looking into my dreams and picking up my building blocks of the composition. Like Germen expressionism I am exploring the emotions that audio visual provoke. A glow of flickering pixels and electronic sounds bits are my tools of choice.

The Golden Gate is a short experimental computer based video and animation work about timeless historical landmarks in a land that is constantly torn by a geographical and social war, a war that revolves around such religious landmarks.
By using online web cams that are endlessly capturing and recording these landmarks in real time, along with time lapsing 12 hour into 3 minutes of the recorded footage, the density of the historical importance of these territories and the absurdity of the conflict over them is raised to a higher level.
